Rules!
xx.Intro Hooray for you if you are reading this. This is the rules of this site. You will follow them as best you can and if you don't, you will get a one-way ticket to Consequences. Please Make sure you read the whole post and know what each rule means before doing anything else on this site. Not following the rules is unacceptable and is rude to others. You will be banned obviously if you do so. So Please take the time to read the rules that took me hours to type up!
xx.Main Rules:
Spamming;; Spamming is NOT ACCEPTABLE anywhere besides your signatures and the Advertisement Boards. If we see spamming, I will delete that post, and disable your account for a week. It's really harsh, but spamming is not acceptable here.
Kindness;; Kindness obviously is our first rule. And we all know that we can do it. We all have feelings and words can hurt you. We don't need cyber-bully's on this site so please keep this rule in your head always. If you are not kind, you will use up one of your two chances. Use all of your two chances, your account will either be disabled or banned, however you are unkind.
Politeness;; Politeness includes: talk nicely, and especially, NO SWEARING, although some words are okay. (PM me if you are so interested and you don't know what those words are to find out.) Those words are okay (in most matters) but if you use them too much, you will get another one-way ticket to consequences. Some members might not be able to handle 'large' swear words and maybe even the 'small' ones so we must respect them and talk nicely and not swear.
Posting;; Things that fall in the line of 'Posting Issues' are: Double Posting, Posting less than 5 words, not noticing the 'modify' button, posting random things in the middle of serious (and non-serious) things, and other things. (They actually fall under the same category.) Double Posting is not okay. Your post doesn't matter, it is only there to tell how many posts you've done and to prove your ranking. There is no need to show off, and compete on how many posts you have got. If you forgot something, you can just modify it by clicking the 'modify' button by the top right of your post. Posting less then five words is also not allowed. you want your post to be nice and long as you possibly can. Another no-no. Posting random things. Usually when you post random things like 'go medicine cats!' in the middle of a medicine cat treatment, or 'go leader!' in a middle of a private conversation in which you were NOT invited to bust in, you are trying to increase your post count. Do not try and do this, your post count SERIOUSLY doesn't matter to me.
Be Active;; Yes, I understand if you are not active, but please try and be as active as you can be. I have been admin of many sites and all the people do is make high rank cats, advertise their sites in every post they make, and then leave. I had a site with 59 members only 3 are active INCLUDING me. So please stay active as much as possible.
Don't Ask;; 'Don't Ask' isn't a good way to put it. I think the best way to do it is: Don't Beg. Don't beg to be mod of the cbox or staff of the site. If I think you have earned it, we will make you it, but begging probably decrease your chance. Also, no begging for high positions. You also have to earn them and make a bio.
Advertising;; Now, what falls under the category of advertisement? I'll tell you. This category is for when you advertise our site. It is absolutely okay! But still, you must be respectful. Don't force people to join! And if you mention our site, please don't say bad things about it!
xx.Role-Playing Rules
Grammar;; I really want good grammar for role playing on this site. On the Chat Box and regular non-bio and non-role-playing posts, it's okay if you don't have the best grammar, but we highly praise good grammar always. If you do not have good grammar on your Role Playing posts or your Character Bios, we will either ask you to edit it, or edit it for you.
Real;; There are a lot of subjects on the topic of 'keeping it real' First of all, this is a CAT rp site. No horses, dogs, foxes, wolves etc. (Unless there is a plot including those animals which their isn't at the moment.) No cats with Super Powers. Cat's don't have super powers in real life, so don't make them have them now. With your bios, we don't want cats with weird fur colors. No green cats or purple ones. If it is a rare color then it is fine, (for rare colors, a picture has to be included in bio) but other colors are NOT.
Character Limit;; The truth is, we aren't that strict about the limit of cats you can make. Just don't go overloading on your characters because that is bad. If you can't handle all the character's you make this is what I suggest: Send one to StarClan and they won't count as your character, have someone else adopt them in the Search Board, or anything else you can think of. The result in having too many characters is some go inactive and they're just lying around, not doing anything of the sort. So I would suggest maybe 6, or around that area.
High Ranks;; Although we are not that strict about the limit of cats, we are strict about high ranks. High ranks include leader, deputy, medicine cat, medicine cat apprentice, Rogue Leader, and rogue second in command. In making a bio, you cannot apply for deputy or rogue second in command. If you want to be deputy or second in command, make a warrior or a regular rogue member, have an apprentice, and if you're lucky, the leader might choose you. We limit 2 high rank characters per account and those high rank characters must be in different clans. If the plot is something about another clan or group, the leader and second in command etc. will also count as high ranks.
